This was my second attempt buying a second hand product from the online store. I had to wait for a few days, I was finally notified that the product wasn’t available. However my credit card had been charged already and then it took a few days to receive the refund. I believe that credit charges are allowed only when product is available. Not happy.

I haven’t received my product yet very disappointing that I have to email weekly to find out where my order is

You asked for this review. I ordered a kodak camera it took many weeks and after numerous follow ups i received the wrong one. This was returned with the promise the correct one would be sent. I am still waiting ! In fact I requested a refund 3-4 weeks ago and still awaiting this !! To say I am pissed does not cover my experience. I have now gone to my bank to ask they arrange a refund under my credit card. Will never buy anything from this company again. Should I share this review to social media ? Denise Burgess
