I’m really unhappy with Teds. Somehow their online order platform confused my delivery address & billing address, so the delivery suburb was entirely wrong & someone else got my delivery. Now I’ll have to buy another lens cap (obviously from a different company). Not happy!

The order #000367352 which was placed on 11th June 2023 has not been filled in spite of reminder

Poor customer service. Multiple times I’ve been in store I’ve been met by rude staff. Your customer service team online also has not replied to me in two weeks after I enquired about where my package may be and an update on it.
