Received the order ok but it was faulty. Both earbuds was not charging, the case charges but not the earbuds. Can't even use a brand new product. Felt so disappointed and scammed.

You took a whole day to answer my email enquiry as to whether you had stock of a $2,199 camera at your Sydney store. Your email response told me to telephone your Sydney store which is a non-answer or 'I can't be bothered' reply from your sales people. I expect you to look in your computer or telephone your Sydney store, then provide me the answer to my question. When your answer arrived I had already purchased the camera from a competitor who replied quickly with the news that they had stock. This is the second time I have replied to your response for a review. With this level of crap service I won't contact Ted's any more.

Purchased film at the start of the year knowing there would be a 6 week wait. Fair enough. It had now been 6-7 months of waiting.

Won’t be dealing with Teds again. I have twice dealt with Teds and both times been left disappointed. The first was to have a piece of equipment fixed/cleaned. They lacked communication and what should’ve been a simple repair took me over 4 months to receive back, when I received it back it had been further damaged which I did not have the time to question as I was going overseas. The second time I attempted to trade in some items. Once again there was a lack of communication and when they finally assessed my items they deemed them unsatisfactory. The only positive thing they did during this whole ordeal was pay for shipping expenses.

In store experience nothing short of shocking, online unbelievably bad, call centre total nonsense, and to add to all of that I didn’t even end up with a product from you but you would still like to know how you did. Lol!
