I ordered a camera which was supposed to be delivered within 10 business days, it didn’t arrive nor was even sent. I sent 4 emails/attempted contacts which were left unanswered and they didn’t bother to reply. After almost 1.5 months, I lodged a dispute through PayPal and within 24 hrs, miraculously someone from Ted’s emailed me and said it would be shipped the following day. Absolutely deplorable to only get a response and my item finally shipped after having lodged a dispute through a third party. No reason for the delay or terrible service was given - it was ignored. Would never buy through Ted’s ever again.

I waited almost a month for my order to be posted out, and when I called to enquire why it was taking so long, they realised no one had bothered to even send it. So I had to wait another week on top of that. Seriously slack service.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever received. Order didn’t arrive for over 7 months, emailed multiple times with no reply. No apologies from customer service at all.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received… Ordered a Ricoh 360 camera months ago ($1200) and still haven’t received - sat on hold for an hour without being answered and have sent emails requesting an update on delivery with no response - DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE !! I’ll be contacting the office of fair trading and the retail ombudsman next.

I haven't heard a thing from anyone. Had to ring the help line. They told me someone from the store would ring me. Still waiting. Very disappointing. Take the money straight away, then I get no product.
