Its been 2 weeks since my order and its till processing, you ignored my support ticket and then decided to spam me with requests to review you, you lack communication, support or any form of professionalism

Payment of my order was made in full, yet I did not receive the goods, nor was I contacted by Ted's about it. When I complained, I was told that you couldn't supply the product. I wasted hours of time to find this out. Had to call (no response), email you (no response), text on your instant chat (waste of time). Your service was atrocious.

Could not contact you online team after various attempts over a week

I purchased a used camera body, paid in full, and didn't receive the camera body and didn't get a reply to any of my emails enquiring about it. I was able to get my money back by raising a dispute with PayPal. I have purchased a camera and other things from the brick and mortar store before it was closed, and the service was fantastic, the staff were very knowledgeable, but dealing with the online store is terrible, the worst part being the complete lack of communication after paying for something. I would not recommend Ted's Cameras.

I have still not received my refund for my purchase I have emailed multiple times and no action has been made.
