I ordered two products from the website. One was delivered promptly, the other missing from the order. After some delays I was sent a product that was not the one described on the website. The alternate item was from the same product line but not suitable for my purposes.

I have been waiting on my order for months and with no communication from staff, despite making efforts to contact. Very disappointing.

You conned me into buying a camera you didn’t have nor knew if you could get by advertising it as available for sale second hand on your site then took two weeks and me chasing you to tell me about it and then another week to return my money…. fraud and false advertising

poor customer service in person and online

I won’t be dealing with you again. The online experience was awful. You delivered on time but you never advised the lens had been shipped, the tracking number or replied to my messages asking for an update.
