Janet was not sympathetic. The film ordered was 9 months late so when a refund was requested from another customer service person (who was so nice compared to Janet) I forgot to tell them my new card details as the previous one had to be cancelled due to fraud. I followed this up and Janet scolded me. Told me it was my fault and I should be on top of such things. It is not my fault I had to wait for my order for 9 months and it didnt even arrive. She also lied and said it was sent out to me. It wasn't. For someone who has her own photography business you would think she would be better at communication with her own clients. I hope you becomes a better person. Else there is no hope for her.

Really bad experience with the mgr of the Doncaster store. He was repeatedly rude, delayed me for 90 minutes and was completely unprofessional. The other store staff and the customer service team I dealt with for the complaint I lodged via the website were great, although some form of compensation, as a gesture of good will, along with some follow up on what disciplinary actions were taken, would have been far better than just an apology.

Sold item with no stock, still took my money and it took a long time for you to tell me there was no stock.

Re request 267202. My response date 2023-09-27 Left an info request on your website August 20th. The first response to this was on 11th September. 22 days later, how do you hope to obtain business from this effort. In the end I spent $950.00 elsewhere to get what I needed.

Ordered and payed for a product from teds cameras 2 months ago. Sent an email 1 month ago enquiring about where my missing order has gone to and have heard nothing back at all.
