I asked to be removed from our mailing list. I never requested to be on it and you have not got back to me nor removed my email … and the original email I got had no unsubscribe button. I would not use your shop or online for anything

we waited almost 3 months for product with VERY limited contact and updates that was crazy hard to get an answer out of.

I ordered on-line and it took over a week for someone to send me an email saying it was not available

Brought a few lenses, two weren’t in stock, no biggy they put the two they did have aside and waited for my reply for if I wanted a refund or different lenses. I got the refund no problem but the two lenses that they put aside were never sent. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. I have called customer service and was told they would call me back but never did. Placed this order over a month ago now I’m out a few hundred dollars because no one will give me a straight answer or a refund on the last two lenses.

I bought a camera online, chose the click & collect option, because it said like 2-3 business days. Only after I bought it, i was told that my order was special and that it would take TWO MONTHS to arrive. Disappointed.
