Took weeks to send my purchases - I still have not received them all. Did not respond to repeated messages I sent asking when my purchases would be sent.

Never got back to me! No response at all.

Two months and there was no response to my emails. Useless customer service. Even this form is a waste of time!! Better service from Amazon.

I went to your Melb CBD store and stood at the counter with goods in hand in full site of your staff. Yes - they were busy but after a full 10 minutes of them all refusing to make eye contact I left. I then ordered the goods online. After 10 days, I emailed coz I had heard nothing. The goods arrived some time the next week- from Perth! If I had known, I could have gone to Doncaster/ Chadstone - anywhere really and had them much earlier. All in all- a very, very ordinary experience. Never again
