Ordered a Xd picture card that never turned up and I had to chase it up for refund six months later…..shocking !

Horrible customer service. Incredibly long delay on delivery and failed to deliver on their promises.

I waited 4 months for my order and ended up getting a refund. I then ordered the same product from ebay and received it in a week

I am really happy with the product, and you Adelaide store staff are fabulous, but honestly you should close your online sales and open it again when you have some staff. The phone rings out unanswered, you don’t reply to emails and the online chat doesn’t work. 5 stars for the store. Zero stars for the online experience.

I still haven’t received my lens after more than a month for an item that was advertised as in stock. I had to call them a week after placing the order as heard nothing from them only to be told they didn’t actually have the camera in stock and it was ordered from Nikon. If you are looking for a new camera I would recommend any alternative businesses over Teds.
