Gotten email that my click and collect order is ready, and I can go in store to colect anytime I want. I went in store, they told me that it is not ready. Told me the email is automatic and is wrong. Which is mad stupid. Why would the email tell me to collect my order, if it is not ready???? So I made the trip for nothing. You need to fix your system.

Never received order or refund and it’s been 18months

Went to your Southland store last week....was treated so rudely, probably more rudely than ever before at a retail establishment. I gave this employee absolutely no reason to be rude to me, ir was an absolute disgrace and I will NEVER enter this store again.

Purchased for $99 then told us was out of stock, refunded my money, and the exact same product is relisted for $129! I've purchased elsewhere and this has been reported to the ACCC.

Extremely slow in replying to emails, wasted weeks and weeks waiting for a reply from them. In the end I wasn’t even able to use the company as they only allow short term rental from over east and I am located in Western Australia.
