Very very poor experience buying from web store. First was advised that one item was not available and would be refunded, despite this item still being actively marketed and sold on the website. The one remaining item was not shipped for almost two weeks and I had to chase multiple times before being advised it had been shipped, I had just not received any notification of shipping or tracking. Item still shows Awaiting Dispatch on your website. By contrast, have been very happy when shopping in store.
