Purchased online due to living far from a store, received a faulty battery and got told to come in to get the problem sorted so now need to drive over an hour to store. Beats the purpose of purchasing online.

The response time between ordering my item and receiving advice is way too long.

Ordered Crumpler bag, told it wasn't available yet is still listed for sale on your website. Asked to select alternative, selected two alternatives; both were unavailable but listed as for sale and available. Eventually accepted refund.

This is the 2nd time that i have bought an item from the second hand items, only to find out later that it is not available. Your web system is clearly not keeping stock of your inventory/sales system. It is a waste of time on both parties to go through exchanging emails and then waiting for a refund. Not to mention the customer disappointment to know that such an item was not available, whereby I may have foregone a similar eBay purchase in the expectation of Ted's being able to fulfil my needs.

Don't advertise things as available that you later tell me aren't in stock/unavailable to source. Unhelpful service multiple times in store also!
