Item has had plenty of time to ship it to me

Shockingly bad customer care. I tried contacting them via email and online form and received no response. After a long search online I found their contact details on facebook. Got hold of the contact centre who forwarded my query to the store. The coordinator took no responsibility for the item not being delivered, despite me paying for express delivery. He blamed everyone but themselves. They even tried blaming me.

They will get a better review when they offer warranty on products they sell.

I have iPhone X , I ordered a clear protective cover and recieved a cover for iPhone 11 which is too big , I sent 2 msgs , no answer , ?? is useless to me and cost heaps , $70 !!!!! Very disappointed and ??? no reply to my msg . . DARREN BEACH
