Received wrong items

I got given the wrong PowerPoints now I have to buy more cords

Wrong charging cable sent impacting my ability to travel and access public charging stations. Techunion were understanding, however would not provide compensation for inconvenience and poor customer experience. Refund offered was only to adjust amount paid to cost of wrong charging cable?? Would have rated 1 star however Technunion were good enough to send the correct cable to me while returned cable still in transit, saved time however still impacted my travel.

Shipping was very slow.
