Great service that just works only reason for 4 stars is because I am still using Nord VPN for some services (Discovery+ and CBC) and it is a little more expensive. Customer service is very fast and popular services work amazingly never had any buffering!

In spite of advertising that it doesn’t slow your speed down, it does. Not to the point where it is a problem here but about 25% slower. Otherwise, setup is idiot proof (I know that because I was able to set it up, first attempt)

I can't review it because I have yet to receive it. Shipped 28 November and still not received 18 December.

I still can not watch some large brands such as Nelfix or my local channels.

Initial problems with set up. Now getting occasional buffering issues and loading issues with uk players
