Very poor customer service. Still waiting for response to questions
I'm disappointed mostly in the customer service. The device works well enough apart from lags when routing through a foreign country. For example my Netflix in South Africa doesn't buffer as much as Netflix when routing through the US (obviously the quality is affected by the slower transmissions as well).
On the service aspect I asked about my more advanced setup using a Asus RT-3200AC with Ubiquity Unifi Access Points and still haven't got an answer. Had to use trial and error to fix it and have now gotten most media players to work apart from an older Asus Android TV that doesn't seem to work.
British services work well though and this is why I redeemed the scoring.
