good grill thermometer system

100% great and useful, but not working anymore. When put into it's case, it drains the battery and does not work. Must be shorted out inside. Can Customer Service make some suggestions?

This little device is amazing - cooking joints or chickens in my Big Green Egg is so easy now. Phone near Egg - ipad in kitchen , we watch progress from either location. It even manages resting time - but don’t cover the end of the probe with tinfoil while the meat is resting - it does prevent communication !

Easy to use and effective, both in the oven and on a barbeque. I wish it had more range. If the signal is interrupted it recovers any missed data.

Awesome bit of kit. I had a Meater, they bought a Meater+. Now I have the Meater Block and couldn't be happier. Takes the guesswork out of your cooks, brilliant for low and slow cooks, and anything cooked on my rotisserie.
