This really helps to deliver excellent results every time. Having used temperature (vs time) to cook for a while continually opening the bbq/cooker to check effected ambient temperature and was a faff. This ensures you don’t have to do any of that and has a number of really useful features like an assessment of when it will be finished. Well worth a purchase.

Used the device a few times and is excellent. Cooked a 4 bone rib and just cooked slow and on temperature not time. My guests said it was perfect.
