Great device but sometimes changes cooking times fairly significantly up or down mid cook.

Cracking little bit of kit. Very useful, esp for long cooks. Set up is pretty easy and the app is generally v stable and works well. Calculation of cook duration can take a long time to calculate, but that’s generally linked to the size of the food you are cooking. Low & slow pork shoulder will take longer to calculate than a spatchcock chicken. All in all good buy
