They didn't not want to help me at all just continued to blame our installation and WiFi when this is fine and suitable for the Job

Your app and website are terrible. Customer service is almost as bad; service rep seems to think all users are technically sophisticated.

I purchased your EC and pH monitor. After received, it was not as advertised (the use of the pH probe is more limited than what is listed on the website). After requested a refund, it took multiple times to get a reply and only after I reached out to another contact at your company. Chris was very abrupt in his responses and would selectively just not respond. He also made up a 30% restocking fee with no justification and when I asked him about it, including how it is not on your website, I got no response. I was looking forward to working with your products for a number of projects but my experience ended up being terrible and would never use or recommend your company based on the customer service received.

No idea what the product is like or if it even exist. I ordered a ws1-pro on tuesday and have just received an empty box. To say I'm not impressed is somewhat of an understatement.
