query from weeks ago still not dealt with

Technical support is terrible. They talk in circles while avoiding the facts. The product does not work and they have no way to fix it. The is no update for the firmware, the Ethernet port does not work, and they have no plan for fixing anything. They gave the runaround until I gave up and went away.

Bought device for growing but devices don’t read correctly. When I put 2 sensors in soil and 1 of them doesn’t read properly I am told I need different soil….

Buen soporte, pero la información no fue clara. Aparentemente el equipo que adquirí no cuenta con las especificaciones técnicas que indica en su manual y el soporte.

terrible support, they only ask questions and never offer a real solution. we will be forced to throw away these malfunctioning products and buy another company's
