Bought device for growing but devices don’t read correctly. When I put 2 sensors in soil and 1 of them doesn’t read properly I am told I need different soil….

Buen soporte, pero la información no fue clara. Aparentemente el equipo que adquirí no cuenta con las especificaciones técnicas que indica en su manual y el soporte.

terrible support, they only ask questions and never offer a real solution. we will be forced to throw away these malfunctioning products and buy another company's
