Product great, support not-so-much...

Love the WS1 and the incredible functions it provides. But tech support is awful. Had an issue with the splitter and a 5V supply in my remote home. Provided enough information to tech support to initiate a diagnosis. But in the numerous messages that went back and forth over several weeks, the support agent would not answer *one* question I had. Nor was he courteous. Upon my return to my remote home, resolved the issue myself.

Much improvement needed by Ubibot!

I really needed to be able to speak with a LIVE person to get started. All I ever got were “chats” which were perfunctory, and arrived hours after my questions….:and directed me to an unhelpful electronic video. Very frustrating, I wouldn’t recommend Ubibot to anyone I know after all these hassles.

Over communicates

Way too many communications. I disable the device and I’ve gotten literally dozens of emails about it’s offline status, clearing data, etc. I even contacted the support team to be removed and after 3 emails back and forth I still get emails.

Unreliable and lack open standards

Most of the devices have now failed. They don’t connect to Hone Assistant or Google Home etc. There are better options these days
