Not real happy the usb power port just fell out, makes it pretty difficult for me in my scenario.

Terrible no customer service couldn’t get the help that I needed. Would never buy again even if I got it to work.

Terrible user interface, as far away from plug and play as possible. If I could return the product I would, never got it to work.

Le service après vente se moque de moi et me promène de mail en mail, mon Ubibot à cesser de fonctionner au bout de 6 mois, ils ont essayé de mentir sur la date d'achat ( preuve par mail ) :u00e7:a n'a pas fonctionné, maintenant ils me disent que ubibot n'est pas en stock dans leur entrepôt , et que je dois payer des frais de douanes pour recevoir mon Ubibot toujours sous garantie GS1-AETH1RS. We spend money on this ubitbot GS1-PL4G1RS and we could not any positive assistance . The device could not alert on call or SMS. The device is not compatible with international 2/4 G carriers. we are so disappointed. Thx
