It's an expensive product that's unreliable. The ubibot and the leak monitor. Nearly $500 AUD and it still failed.

I tried to make a warranty claim. It was rejected after a week and a half of waiting for an outcome.

I purchased a GS1-AETH1RS for the Ethernet connectivity as WiFi is not an option in my location. I have been unable to successfully connect the device and contacted support for assistance, request number 24661. The answer from support was: "101": "Device response parsing error. Please reboot the device. " Rebooting the device did not resolve the issue. At this point, I am about ready to pack up the GS1-AETH1RS and return the unit for a refund.

Having real trouble connecting to the new unit. Very similar to recent issues with my first one. I had to replace the first one due to an issue with the external socket breaking off the board. Starting to wonder if i have done the right thing.

The case and battery holder look like they belong on a $2 toy. The WS1 appears to work, providing the same value °C as another $5 digital thermometer I have in the same location. However the external DS18B20 USB sensor is not calibrated and gives a 1.8°c - 2.3°c low reading in the same location. What is the sense in Unibot quoting temperature accuracy specs of +/- 0.1°C when the temperature reading itself is woefully inaccurate?
