Poor Support
I purchased a GS1-AETH1RS for the Ethernet connectivity as WiFi is not an option in my location.
I have been unable to successfully connect the device and contacted support for assistance, request number 24661.
The answer from support was: "101": "Device response parsing error. Please reboot the device. "
Rebooting the device did not resolve the issue.
At this point, I am about ready to pack up the
GS1-AETH1RS and return the unit for a refund.
