The probe does what it

The probe does what it needs to do but it is only 3 meters long. The probe needs to sit behind a condenser placed at the back of a cool room while the head unit must be outside. Options for 5m & 10m would be appreciated

Going the wrong way. . .

Customer service responds but does not do much. Took 10-20 email cycles to get a refund (still don’t have it fully). Products have strengths, but very disappointed with LoRa products. Engineering used to respond to feedback much more than they seem to do now. Much more frustrating experience dealing with this company now vs. 7 years ago when I first started using their products.

Used to be good and just sinking

Been a customer since 2018. New LoRa products are poorly tested and over-stated marketing claims on operational distance. The app has basic data handling fails, poor data management, poor scaling and browsing ability. Support does lots of apologizing but little problem solving. Great potential wasted.

My time wasted in trying to resolve an issue for which customer service was utterly disappointing.

I cannot use my temperature monitor remotely because I could not connect to the Internet. I never received help or callbacks in my attempts to resolve the issue. Poor customer service I am very disappointed.

Rubbish Support

Do the devices work well? Who knows? There is a reading discrepancy between the 2 ASQIs that are right next to each other (testing phase) but no support person can be bothered to address it. The support is dreadful. The AI chat is happy to keep "transferring" or "prioritising the call" without knowing if anyone is actually working or there to take the call. Support emails take too long to respond then don't actually answer the questions.
