Immediate help is rarely available. The chatbot doesn't know if there actually is anyone at their desk to transfer calls to. I've waited over an hour with many "sorry" responses but never knowing if I'm ever getting through. Many of the email responses sound like they're written with A. I. Lots of words and gratuities with little substance.

The support does not have a workaround solution.

This device has not delivered by objective of monitoring/controlling power over SMS/GSM. It works okay over WiFi, but the setup via smartphone was not smooth. More development work is necessary before it is ready for market.
