Customer service was helpful but the app itself is not clear for use. I tried multiple times to change the settings for notifications. I reached out as well. This should be simple. In the end, I wasn't able to resolve it at all. Now, I just check myself and ignore the emails as I can't set the frequency with any precision so they typically reach a max and stop

The only thought I have is that some sensor cable should come with the unit. Kinda sucks that an additional $200 had to be spent after buying the unit for $180

The unit is made in China, which isnt a reliable source as things from China dont last long. China is also a dictatorship which has refused to condemn Russia for the invasion of Ukraine and supports Russia by buying its oil and supplying it with components. The units are easy to connect. Thats good. However they dont work with viessman. So they arent useful as active control units. The display app is good. I like graphics but i cannot zoom in on the numbers when using my phone. Overall i am happy. I can give them 4 stars when i see how long they work for ! :)

Was happy with the WS1 until I had to change WiFi network. Devices then stopped working with Google Home. Initialization procedure apparently rewritten for updated firmware in WS1A devices and not compatible with WS1 firmware which cannot be updated. I now have a number of WS1s that are of no use to me though they still work with IFTTT. Am moving to Tapo T310. Has inconvenience of a hub but much cheaper and should have longer battery life. Also updates on temperature changes rather than time which gives better temperature control. On the plus side found Ubibot support quick easy and helpful though the outcome was disappointing.
