Customer service OK but the offers are not "real" , e. g. , the rebate on PoE Comet was in resality only for ONE unit, otherwise packs, etc counter-rebates took over - rediculous rebate strategy that makes me allergic for such offers 😷🤯🤬

Useless device! I was unable to clone the desktop so that it works simultaneously with the current local monitor and remotely with the device. The mouse delay is huge and annoying, and the image quality is not satisfactory, even at Ultra quality setting. The only useful thing is the ATX extension with which you can start, stop and restart the computer. In all other cases, Remote Desktop, which is built into Windows, is much better and more practical.

There was an error on your website that caused the displayed price to be different from the one I was charged. I ended up paying more than what was initially shown. You should take responsibility for your mistake and honor the price I was shown.
