When trying to pay for my order, my (Visa) credit card got blocked (by Visa/the bank) and I got a phone call from my bank stating: you will get a new card, since this company is leaking credit card details. Not a great experience when trying to order a security device.

You buy the best 4G/5G router available for over €400 and the website doesn't tell you that it in fact doesn't support eSIMs without an extra €25 SIM card adapter, and generally doesn't even bother explaining how eSIMs actually work.

I was told the product would arrive in 4-5 business days, but it arrived almost 20 calendar days later. It dominated the experience, which is a shame, because the product is really good.

The items were not sufficiently packed. We will come back to you after Christmas if there is a problem. Best
