I took the Iridium Go Exec to Cimmaron, NM, and could barely get any signal. I was able to make a couple of calls, but they would constantly drop, and most times the signal was unavailable. I would log onto the internet, but was never able to send/receive texts or emails.

Phone works, refilling minutes is unreliable.

Difficult to renew my subscription on the web. I resorted eventually to the telephone.

Customer service was unavailable and took days (4) to reply to my questions Probably better to just get a SAT phone this doesn't seem to be the answer

I really think this service is overpriced
