Excellent customer service.

While the Blue Cosmo website is easy to use and has the information I needed 24x7 the real reason, after many years of satellite service, is their customer service. If by chance you have a question or need their assistance the do help. Yes you need to chat or call during service hours but they actually answer their phones and provide knowledgable help.

First class service. I recommend.
