I have had service through bluecosmo for several years. I bought my first sat phone from them, and they got everything to me very fast. After a short period of use I found I was not happy with it, and they agreed to let me trade it in on another new phone with no penalty. That was unexpected, but great. The new phone got to me equally as fast. I have had the second phone for years and have had different types of plans with various service starts and stops. I am sold on the quality and speed of service that bluecosmo provides along with their fair pricing. It's all expensive, but I keep coming back to bluecosmo, and I keep getting the same very fast expedited service plus tech support when needed.

The phone worked fine, no need for external antenna even where we went which was very far away. Minutes were accounted properly. Still have some minutes left over but I believe they will expire before I go out again.
