Bought your sat phone for a hunt in Idaho. It never worked! Even spoke with a technician to get it operating before I left for my trip. But once I arrived in cold temps out of cell range it never worked once, preventing me from speaking to my wife and kids for 6 days. It ruined my trip. I'm a new customer. I inquired about carry-over minutes to the next month. I was told it was not available to me. Going online I see where you offer better rates than mine, with carry-over minutes. what's up???

No customer service to talk to you. Incredibly difficult to get a hold of anybody I was unsuccessful

Mostly, unable to pick up the signal and having difficulty in maintaining connection at FL 390 in 737.
