4 year sat phone user. I buy 30 day passes for emergencies when out if celll range and never had such problems getting a signal. A week in dry tortugas and I could. It get a single call through. Thanks goodness my friend had a sat pager…. I probably won’t use them again. What a waste if money

The representatives are friendly. Trouble is that it's nearly impossible to contact anyone. They take 2-3 business days to return calls. They don't help you with sat phone advise. I'm stuck with an expensive sat phone that barely works. If you absolutely have to have a sat phone, go elsewhere.

Difficult to contact customer service and takes too long to receive a response.

Customer Service was extremely sub par.. Was not able to reach Customer service by phone at all nor did we ever receive any response to our question via email... We will not deal with your company at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I followed the instructions from your agent and places and payed the order for 2 9555 after I payed I got a follow up message that my order was cancel and if I wanted the phones I would need to wire the money and my card was refunded it took 15 working days for the refund to come in so I when to another provider and bought the phones Will never recommend blue cosmo or buy here
