Never fixed the problem

Your service sucks and I'm very dissatisfied

i’ve had this for three days now attached to my van.... i ordered it specifically for the last three days. for the last three days the van has been traveling and the device application stated the van has never left my driveway. i emailed customer service and they claim it’s been a problem and they are working on it. waste of device money and monthly service money.

I have had nothing but troubles with this. At first with account set up and logging in. So now it has been about a week and the unit is still not reporting any data.

Been calling, texting, support group to no avail, the tracker does not track real time, get updates on where tracker is 30mins to an hour later.... canceling my services.
