Spytec GPS

I bought the more expensive unit and the more expensive tracking software. So far the unit works intermittently and no real time data collection as advertised. The trouble reporting system hasn't been updated in 5 days. I'm very disappointed and strongly thinking about returning the unit.

Tried using it for a couple weeks. I spent more time trying to get the car back to reset it. Tech support kept telling me to repeat same steps and to put it face up under drivers seat etc. After the sixth time trying I quit. Icing on the cake. I haven't used it since December, asked to cancel then. Still getting charges.

From the beginning i didn’t get service from you it took 2 days and then on your platform kept crashing. Very inconsistent notifications intermittent and all i got was sorry we are working on it and we will credit u a day or two how about a month credit for all the unreliable service

Sorry it's not working the way it was with the other platform this new platform is not good

The updated version to track, is not close to being good as of the first Version! It's frozen without any updates, the target has relocated and there's no way of knowing. I greatly would change to the old Version that actually worked GREAT
