Spytec GPS

I have what appears to be a working unit, but it wont show up on the map. I paid $40 to have a new unit overnighted to me as I am leaving town tomorrow. I received the new unit, but cant get support to activate it. They said someone else needs to, but that person isnt there now or something. so, my $40 FedEx shipment was a waste of money along with this worthless tracker.

Been waiting for IT to call me back to reset my user/pass.. it’s been THREE DAYS! Terrible customer service

Paid for 3 months with no usage

New tracker will not connect and tech team can not fix it for several days. Still waiting!

Receive notifications hours late; GPS not close to real time...needs improvement. Additionally, need to historical locations (stops/movement) mapped out on map; instead of analog list.
