the app is down so I have tried to log into the browser like they tell me to. Nobody gets back to me in a timley manner. Nobody speaks good enough English for me to understand. And when I ask to speak to someone else they get pissy at me. I have had problems out of the service since day 1. Customer service sucks

Still have not been able to log on my account changed user name change password at least 5 times still not letting me in not sure what I'm doing wrong if it's on my end or yours . I know I'm typing in correctly And that it's case sensitive. Can someone please contact me to get this issue resolved

Sent numerous emails still cannot get to account,yet I did get billed for service.

It doesn’t tell me where she is.it always gets stuck at the store So when she leaves it’s bull shit

Real time tracking on the map is non-existent. Tracker continually fails to "wake up" after not moving for an hour. Battery life claim of 2.5 weeks between charges is laughable. I'm trying to get my money back, with no luck.
