it will only track on occasion.

I've been having problems my GPS sending signals for over 30 days. A replacement was shipped to me and I sent the new IMEI number to be told it cannot be activated because it's not in the database. I have been contacted with a resolution as of yet.

I was supposed to have someone contact me in 24 hours it’s been four days I have not heard from anyone so I’m not sure what’s going on I cannot use it yet

Customer service is bad. Product still not working and still being billed for service. Replacement received 4 days ago and still not working. Can't speak with an actual person over the phone to resolve issue. Current looking for other GPS options.

I bought your best of everything not one hole day has it worked ! How long did you say battery works half that time ! I want my money back!
