I’ve been writing since Friday to get some assistance and no one has gotten back to me .

No good

I bought a new device. And can’t make it to work. Call tech support for three days but no one picks up the phone or called back , when you use the option for a call back. Was exited to use it but I think I shall wait til Monday and if it dose not , I will be returning the product and the subscription

I have now two different versions of gps trackers and the recent one that I got is loosing battery life twice as fast as the other gps tracker I bought from you guys 2 years ago.

Don't bother buying this. I am very disappointed with Engineering Tech Support.
