There is no service, tried several times to get set up and some help but was hours before heard anything. They get to you in their time, not yours. Call someone, forget it.

Never advised of the monthly Service payment.

Even though I purchased the elite package, tracking was spotty and is not in real time. Customer service is very responsive, but rarely effective.

My device doesn’t work, this is my second device that doesn’t work, I sent email no one replies.

I do not have a review of the product yet because I cannot successfully set up an account (so that I contact customer service because I cannot get the product to work properly yet). I am getting flashing green light every second and according to instructions, I should contact support for help on that issue. I cannot find a phone number either. I am hoping someone can contact me from here. A link to set up my account will not allow me to type any information in. My 30 day trial period is going to expire if I can’t get help. Feeling discouraged! Thanks in advance for needed help. Maybe I can correct my review with your help.
