Bad customer service takes days to talk to a person

Just got box no tracking device

Felt I was taking advantage of. Guess I didn't read the fine print that there is a monthly service fee. This product isn't for me. I would like a refund

Want my money back and cancel subscription

Ordered these little gems then found out it would be over $500 a year for the subscription! No thanks! Sad I spent the $100 but no way in hell im paying that!
