Will not let me create an account to even set the darn thing up

Have not received

The tracker didn’t work and I was told it would be ready in two days because it needed to be manually programmed. I paid for nothing because I was never able to use to tracker and had to cancel for a service I never received

Can’t find a order number anywhere yo send it back
