Poor

It works. Didnt at first. Had to call the number which didn't work, then waited for an email from another division of tech support whom eventually got it working but not as well as advertised. Honesty Im still wondering how accurate and instant my phone's GPS is when this tracker/ app seems to be almost an hour behind and not very accurate. This request to reveiw reminded me I need to cancel subscription and hopefully return product.

Product broke after a few months use, and 2 days before my car was actually stolen & costed me hundreds in repairs. I emailed the day of breakage and they still charged me for 3 months of service. No refund. Not trusting anymore.

Takes to long to show me the current location of my gps

With no decent mobile app and my clock is 3hrs off. I'm not real impressed. I've already told them I want to cancel. If the mobile app doesn't get better in the next few weeks I am going to cancel. I had a much better tracker and very helpful app. COVID put them out of business .
