Spytec GPS

No tech support

Poor service. Says works off GPS but more like cellular. Remote areas with clear view sky it loses connection. App doesn't keep up as you would expect. Constantly have to log out and back in to get to get updates. This is a novelty tracking device at the best. For the price and especially the cost for monthly service you would think you were getting something more reliable. Cannot be trusted to locate or track objects. I will be canceling my service asap.

Great but it stopped tracking

No response to my questions asked.

Unfortunately, the device doesn't seem to pick location good enough. I tried the driving around for ten minutes. It doesn't always show the correct position of where my elderly father is. The location is close but, unfortunately, not enough to where I am always confortably with whether or not he is safe.
