I'm paying for a service and it's not working

Not super impressed, reports get updated very slow. Home takes a long time to load.

First, I do not like the tracking setup. It’s extremely hard to tell where the vehicle traveled since there’s no trail line. And to check the history, the line blends with the roadway and is extremely small. The feature needs to show more distinct details like other apps. Needs more work. Hate it.

Honestly, both tracking devices I purchased haven't worked. The first one with the OBD port never worked at all and the second one I paid a lot of money for worked until I guess they hit a bump and then it flew off and never found it again. So i'm just about a bunch of money.

Disappointed at best. The time and date is off, which makes tracking so frustrating. I am tracking on my phone and only can see half of a window which means I have to scroll back and forth. I read something about a blog. Hoping to find some answers there. I wish you had a help line..
