I did not receive my m2 case GL300

Disappointed

Never used the GPS yet

When i purchased the 1st one it was fine, when I added 2 more it seemed like it bogged down the service. I had 1 tracker that was out of network that cost me $ with a client etc. Also when i reactivated a tracker bc 30 days was up it made me wait a full 24 hours to register back on map, which cost me $. (PI) What I dont get is how I can buy a subscription & my tracker comes up immediately on map! But, when you reactivate it you gaveto wait 24 hrs? Makes no sense, cost me $ twice, & bad service. Also the trackers dont pinpoint exact spot sometimes vehicles will be a whole different street over etc. Oh did i mention no1 calls you back, worst customer service the # they give hangs up on you says representatives are all busy. Bullshit

Good device with good tracking, battery life sucked big time, you guys claim 2 weeks of battery life but it was dead the 4th day with my fleet driving around 160 miles a day!
