The first unit I received was defective. Very weak cellular section. Took hours to connect, even in strong cell areas. Poor connection. Often lagged an hour or more before reporting movement. Often would miss an entire trip. Replacement unit much better. But still experiencing occasional lag times of 15 minutes plus. And occasional missed trip not logged at all. Customer service fair. No live real time assistance. Emails often not answered promptly. Once communication established personnel are helpful and friendly.

Site works ok when I can log on. I have no problem logging on from my computer. Using my Samsung S8+ phone its almost impossible with the same login link. I go to login and nothing. I have to keep refreshing and maybe I get lucky. Yes I clear the cache and deleted old bookmark and saved new one. Still acts the same.

Customer service response times are slow but friendly. Tech support’s solution to fix problem didn’t work.

I paid for the best live feed. And I don't get the trip until he has come home. Very upset
