Spytec GPS

I am happy with the customer service. They are always prompt with return email and support. However, the Tracking History in "Reports" have change and I can not access the entire trip any more in history. Only in "Activity" and they go away after a couple of days. Also, I feel the battery life on the tracker is way too short. My batteries only last about 3-4 days.

The product is fine as we currently use. However, we have tried to add new trackers and still no resolve from SpyTec technical help team. We have had trackers for now almost a week without being able to use them.

the effort has been great , but I still cannot sighn into my account , so at tis time the unit is worthless, the tec folks were supposed to be sending me a temporay passwpord so I could try again , but as of now it has not arrived , would love to either get this fixed , or I will need to coancel my monthly service and chalk it up to a bad investment

i paid for the account but nothing is working I had one of these before and that thing was dead on that is why I bought a second one
